“Convict Hill” Pavilion
“Convict Hill” Pavilion is named such because it is the old Austin Oak Hill restaurant that was moved to its present site. The large expansive beams, fireplace (original stones and rebuilt) and bar are all original. The “Convict Hill” Pavilion rests on a corner of Eight Point Ranch overlooking “Elk Lake”. It is the perfect setting for your special event. Relax while enjoying the view of the many exotic animals on the ranch. Family reunions, weddings, private business meetings, birthday parties, Bat Mitzvahs/Bar Mitzvahs, or Quinceañera are just a few of the events that can be held here.
Rental of the “Convict Hill” Pavilion (“facility”):
Included:
◊ Use of the facility 8-10 hours for up to 80 people
◊ Normal electrical and water usage
◊ Up to 4 hours of pre-event planning at facility (not to be broken into more than 2 days).
◊ Round tables (each seats about 8-10 persons) and chairs for the number of persons to come to event
◊ Breakdown must occur on the day of the event and be completed no later than 11pm.
Cost and Terms:
◊ $4,000.00
◊ 10% nonrefundable payment is due at the time of booking
◊ Remainder of payment (nonrefundable) is due 10 days prior to event
◊ Applicable state taxes apply
◊ Facility must be left in the condition that it was provided, additional charges may apply.
◊ Any and all deliveries, admittances and departures must be coordinated and arranged with facility staff.
Extras (subject to availability and with additional charges):
◊ Extra day for preparation and/or breakdown $500.00
◊ Use of Headquarters kitchen for your paid caterers $500.00 and up
◊ Private tours of Ranch ---based on 6 persons per vehicle for 30-60 minutes $25.00 per person (must be in conjunction with event)
◊ Overnight stay at bed and breakfast $225.00 per person (must be in conjunction with event)
